1. Return / exchange policy
● Refund immediately after receiving the goods if the goods provided by Kinh Luan Mechanical Company are not the correct product code, quality of the goods, or the description with the customer’s order.
● Purchase method: Take product directly to the Company to return the product or deliver the product to the courier if the product is not the same as the order ordered.
● Refund period: 01 day from receipt of the goods (Require the goods to remain in its original condition upon receipt, not in use).
2. Refund policy

● How to get money back: cash or transfer via account provided by the customer
● Cost due to the reimbursement: agreed by the two parties and calculated a reasonable cost in accordance with the level of damage (if any) of the parties.
